We are building the future of digital media with a focus on delivering exceptional value to our clients through sophisticated Demand-Side Platform (DSP) technology. We seek an experienced and strategic Head of Technology/future CTO to lead our engineering team and drive the evolution of our DSP platform.

Role Overview

As the Head of Technology for our Programmatic DSP, you will lead and grow our engineering team, drive the technical vision, and ensure our programmatic platform's continued development and scalability.

You will work to design, build, and deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that address the evolving needs of the programmatic advertising ecosystem. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of DSPs, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in software/platform/SaaS development, with experience in a senior role managing engineering teams.
  • Experience working with programmatic advertising technologies, DSPs, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding (RTB) systems is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby, Java, Python, Go, or similar technologies used in DSP environments.
  • Experience with high-volume, low-latency systems, distributed computing, and building scalable, resilient platforms.
  • Expertise in database systems, particularly PostgreSQL, AngularJS (Angular 1), Next.js NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with ad tech standards, protocols (e.g., OpenRTB), and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
