Solar Energy Surveyor at All Seasons Energy

**About the role**:
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our team to perform high quality home surveys with a “WOW” customer experience.
**What you'll be doing as a Solar Energy Surveyor**
- Understanding the customers’ needs and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy.
- Completing 2-3 qualified leads per day working within a 70-100-mile radius of home address.
- Converting home visits into sales by presenting offers.
- Taking orders and objection handling.
- Representing All Seasons Energy and providing customers with the best possible experience during the home visits, always being polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
- Being fully prepared to provide trustworthy, accurate, and engaged advice to help homeowners make the right choice.
- Accurately completing surveys with mínimal disruption to the homeowner, you'll need to always work efficiently and look to optimise your time in a customer’s home.
**What we would like you to have as a Solar Energy Surveyor**
We will provide all necessary training however we need you to have the following:
- A passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A keen eye for detail, and the ability to understand, and find a solution to our customer's problems.
- Direct sales experience preferred. Solar industry experience would be advantageous.
**What we offer as a Solar Energy Surveyor**
- Basic salary of £25,000 + commission (£65,000 OTE)
