Our Partner Care team are the heartbeat of ITC Service, they are the face (and voice) of the business and the main point of contact for our clients and future clients. We consider our clients to be our 'partners' as that is how we work with them, in partnership.

The team is small but mighty and has already grown over recent months to include a 'quick fix' team tackling basic IT issues as well as becoming involved in customer success, dispatching tickets to appropriate resources and also supporting the sales process. There's nothing this team can't do

We're looking for someone to join this rapidly growing team who is excited to deliver amazing customer service and shine. Someone who is adaptable, keen to get involved in the development of the team and most importantly someone with the patience to deal with clients when things can get crazy busy and demanding.

The role predominanly involves managing first contact with clients and guiding them through this interaction in a positive and memorable way, ensuring their query is logged or directed to the correct team.

Going forwards this team are expected to engage in proactive customer service, checking in on clients to ensure they are happy with the service and seeing if we can assist and make the partner journey in any way better.

**This position is 42.5 hours a week (8am - 5pm Mon-Fri) and would be office based at our Monkton HQ., Hebburn.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
