**Who we are looking for**:
A Senior Project Coordinator who will learn the essentials of project delivery by takingthelead on work items and delivering them in line with the department processes and delivery lifecycle.

The Project and Programme Delivery department is responsible for planning, executing and delivering technology to enhance our platforms, by taking an idea and navigating it through requirement, design, build, test, implementation and into IT operations.

Using previous delivery experience, you will learn the essentials of complex technical project delivery. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate and enhance the core competencies required to become an experienced member of the department.

As part of the Regulatory portfolio, you will work on a variety of projects relating to changes needed on our website and online systems, to accommodate new and changing requirements from our Regulators. In addition, the portfolio supports work originating from our MIS, Compliance, Change Management, Information Security Governance and Regulated Platform teams.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

- Demonstrating and evolving your understanding of the use of different project management and software development methods.- Expanding your knowledge and experience of our core Project Management principles, by taking the lead on multiple small and medium sized projects.- Developing your understanding of the organisation's structure and processes to help you to successfully navigate projects through its challenges.- Defining and agreeing the delivery approach to be taken on the project with the delivery stakeholders and Project Portfolio Manager.- Working with technical leads to facilitate the building and documentation of solutions.- Building, executing and managing efficient end to end delivery plans with multiple technical and operational teams, in line with the department’s processes and delivery lifecycle.- Monitoring, tracking and continually assessing progress against project phases, milestones and deliverables.- Understanding the technical nature of the role, whilst continuing to improve and widen your knowledge of products, systems and technologies.- Learning first hand what activities must be completed to take a change live in different parts of the world, by engaging with Regulatory and Compliance teams.**Want to become part of the team?**:
