Telesales Representative

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team You will be responsible for generating calls to current customers along with the inputting of orders and invoicing.
As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing customers to sell our product and service offering
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offer solutions based on customer’s needs
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated customer database
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and flexible
- IT literate with the ability to work with IT systems and tools
- Experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as Sage
- Ability and willingness to learn about products, services, specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Good negotiation skills
