**Document Administrator Job in Christchurch**

Dovetail Recruitment are working with a long established business in Christchurch who work on international projects across multiple areas within the construction industry. The business is thriving and they are looking for a new Document Administrator position in Christchurch to join their busy sales office

The Document Administrator will be an instrumental part of the business and will be rewarded with the company shares scheme, 25 days holiday and a great working environment with people who have been a part of the business for many years.

**Duties & Responsibilities of the Document Administrator**:

- Download tender documentation from the client/main contractor’s document management system ensuring naming conventions
- Communicate documents to relevant team members within the sales team
- Maintain version control for updated documents received
- Provide administrative support in the tender and big process
- Pull together documents, carry out research and assist in collating data on the company’s sales activities

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Keen to learn

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary to be discussed
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Monday to Friday working hours of 8.15am - 5pm
- One hour for lunch
- Company profit share scheme - you will be automatically enrolled from day one within the business
