**The role and responsibilities of a Content Author**:
To support Support in the authoring of online employee relations content for new/existing clients.
- Work with the Technical Content Authors in liaising with new/existing clients to create/transform their existing HR policies into online step by step content and documentation.
- Attend ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process workshops in order to support the wider implementation team
- Help formulate, and then work to, the agreed style guides to produce the content.
- Analyse case note history to derive best practice template content.
- Assess and make appropriate changes to template content based on feedback.
- Support existing and new clients in the production of template content.
- Work to agreed deadlines as part of the wider implementation process.

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Content Author**:
Essential
- Articulate, confident communicator who possess a high level of oral and written English.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own time effectively.
- Ability to work at pace.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.

Desirable
- HR knowledge/experience would be beneficial
- Copywriting skills.

The role may require some travel and overnight stays.
