This role is perfect if you have a passion for Credit Control and want to join a business where you have more responsibility and excellent career prospects. Credit Control requires you to be tenacious, confident, and understanding so if this fits your profile then carry on reading
You will be working in a team of 5 and acting as the ‘buffer’ between the Credit Control Manager and the Junior Credit Controllers. No managerial experience is required - just someone who loves Credit Control and wants to take a step forward with their career. The Credit Control Manager is looking to retire in the next 5 years so there will be the opportunity to move into his position - which means an instant salary increase
What makes this role so amazing is the team - everyone who you will be supporting is efficient and able to use their own initiative so it really will just be handling day-to-day queries that they may have with customers. Whilst supporting the Junior team you will be working on the frontline and chasing unpaid invoices too. However, your set of clients will be more complex so it will really give you something to dig your teeth into.
