As head barista it is you that delivers our very best coffee and service through knowledge and personality. We are fortunate to work in partnership with Extract coffee and pride ourselves on offering an outstanding cup of coffee delivered by our passionate and well-trained Baristas.

Experience is essential as you will over see and develop your team of Baristas in their knowledge and confidence through patience, support and engagement.

This is a great first step into management for someone who is a total coffee nut With our fantastic training & development programme and commitment to develop from within you can have a meaningful career in the hospitality industry.
