**Requirements**:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Can be employed or self employed (tbd)
Flexibility to enable cover for sickness/holidays
You will need to have:
Good communication, administration, organization & IT skills
Attention to detail/tidy/consistent/flexible/pro-active
Willing to learn new responsibilities requirement for new systems/processes in order to work towards ISO’s
Maintenance of all systems/processes
IT - must have Microsoft office skills with main emphasis on Word/Excel/Outlook & web based systems
Adobe
Willing to use other electronic systems
**Advantage**:
Knowledge of cleaning/facility management industries but not essential
Knowledge of ISO standard requirements
Basic health & safety including RAMS and COSHH
Accounts - sales & purchase ledgers
**Role initially**
Diary management - extensive due to information/changes etc
Booking in jobs
Booking permits
Chasing job details & purchase orders
Quotes and chasing
Managing periodic planners and booking in each month
Issuance of basic RAMS and COSHH
Fleet management and paying ad hoc fines etc
Stationery & ad hoc orders
Moving company forward with introduction of new efficient/compliant systems & procedures to work towards ISO’s
Learning other roles to be able to provide holiday cover as required
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
