**The Company**:
Anderson Commercials Ltd is a large family run business in Ellistown nr Coalville, specialising in Commercial vehicle repairs and MOTs.
- **The Role**:
Booking in MOT's, HGV and PSV truck and chassis wash and handling the relating payments.

Responsible for reconciling the MOT paperwork the following day - creating associated invoices, updating the system and liaising with the DVSA regarding any queries or discrepancies.

Invoicing, filing and any other office related duties.

To flexibly fill in for holidays etc in other roles.
- **Key requirements**:
Previous experience working within an office, garage, administration or a customer service-based role would be an advantage.

A high level of professionalism and customer service both in person & over the phone

Competent in Microsoft Office & Excel

Proactive within your role and with a helpful attitude

Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail

Able to handle multiple tasks.

A positive team player

**Schedule**:
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 8:00 to 17:00 (16.00 finish negotiable but wage would be pro-rata)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
