Due to continued growth and the launching of new products in 2024, we are now seeking a Fleet Administrator to join us at our New York office. You’ll be joining the Aston Martin the Americas (AMTA) team where you’ll be instrumental in the organization and allocation of the press and marketing vehicles.

Your remit will be to ensure the efficient administration and management of the fleet, from commissioning and de-fleeting vehicles to scheduling and maintenance. Working within a team of 10, you’ll be responsible for creating the vehicle plan by collating the inputs from different departments such as Marketing, Press, Sales, Finance, and Aftersales ensuring compliance with Aston Martin procedures and external regulations. Your day-to-day activities will also include budget preparation, Purchase Requestions, coordination between various departments, and maintaining a clear and organized fleet management process. It is crucial to manage the supplier relationships, ensuring their performance meets objectives and invoice payments are made on time.

You’re not the type to let the fleet become uncontrolled, undefined, or fail to properly prepare vehicles for events. In this role, you’ll have strong time and project management skills and understand the urgency of completing tasks promptly and on time.

On-the-job training will be provided to bring you up to speed with the role and you’ll have the opportunity to work with new vehicles and future products. You’ll have a real passion and interest in the automotive industry.
