We are recruiting a Administrator at Green Building Renewables for our head office based in Dunnington, York.

Due to the swell of demand for renewables and exciting company acquisitions, we require an experienced administrator to join our projects team.

**Job Purpose**

The role of the Administrator is to support the projects team it requires an organised, self-motivated approach with strong, positive leadership skills. The appointee will be responsible for a range of KPI’s and will work with other branch teams and other departments as we grow the network.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the projects manager and officer with onboarding and integrating newly acquired businesses. For example ordering branded stationary, workwear, PPE, transferring supplier contracts, transfer of the ownership assets.
- Supporting with fleet management for the group. Organising the installation of tracking and cameras to company vehicles, logging and tracking vehicle accidents and incidents, scheduling MOTs and repairs. Servicing or vehicles and managing third party suppliers to provide cost savings for the business.
- Assist with the management for the company properties, booking servicing visits and compliance checks.
- Support with wider business projects.

**Skills and Attributes required**:

- Computer literate in MS Office suite and online interactive specification portals
- Able to act with professionalism and integrity when dealing with people
- Act as a change agent, embedding a continuous improvement mindset
- Coach and mentor by inspiring and motivating others
- Able to identify problems and facilitate processes to resolve issues
- Deploy a structured communication process to filter information throughout the business
- Experience of the renewables energy industry is highly advantageous
- Full UK Driving License.
