Health Care Assistant

Our client is a charitable care provider with good and outstanding retirement villages across Bristol and Somerset. They have care homes within the villages for residents who require additional support. Every home has a dedicated therapy team on-site, so they can work proactively with residents and respond quickly whenever their skills are required - enhancing our residents' mobility, independence and well-being.
**Location**:Keynsham _(we also have roles in _Westbury on Trym and Winscombe)_
**This role requires you are Covid19 vaccinated.**
We are looking for health care workers for a care home based at an award-winning retirement village with a CQC rating of GOOD. It boasts beautiful private rooms, elegantly styled communal spaces and outdoor terraces, alongside easy access to the many facilities in the retirement village itself. Formerly the home of Fry's chocolate, the beautifully refurbished, iconic buildings now offer a vast range of facilities available to residents in both the care home and independent living apartments.
Interesting past times are central to life at this service. From gardening and excursions, painting and pottery, to a pamper at the hairdressers or nail salon, there’s something for residents to do every day.
Residents enjoy every modern comfort in beautifully decorated suites, complete with personalised furnishings, full height windows and innovative design features to make every day that little bit easier.
On site is a luxurious spa, state-of-the-art cinema and a virtual reality suite. Plus roof gardens and terraces for stunning countryside views and there is even a restaurant and pizzeria on site.
**Salary**:£11.04
Additional £1 at weekends and nights. _(Nights 9pm
- 730am)_
Additional£1.50 weekend nights _(Fridays 12am-730am, Saturday 9pm
- 730am, Sunday 9pm
- 12am)_
Public Holidays additional 50% of hourly rate.
**Hours: Full time, Part time and Bank available.**
Early shift:7am-230pm
Late shift: 2pm-930pm
Night shift: 9pm
- 730am
Long shift: 7am-930pm
