**Sales Ledger Administrator**

**Office Location**:Birmingham (hybrid)

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Senior the Sales Ledger Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining accurate Sales Ledgers throughout the year. You will demonstrate strong team working skills as strong collaborative working is something, we are very passionate about. The prompt and accurate delivery of the below responsibilities are key to ensure a positive member experience is provided whilst high levels of customer service is also in daily practice with our internal teams.

**Key Achievements & Responsibilities**
- Correct Allocation of funds received (UK and international)
- Customer contact to resolve outstanding invoices and queries
- Customer standing data maintenance
- Dealing with and resolving customer credit balances
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to all Sales Ledger related queries

**Expected Outcomes**:

- Timely and accurate allocation of funds received
- Full Review and investigation of unallocated credit balances (Liaising/calling with firms, members & Stakeholders)
- Deliver positive outcomes for all key stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives
- Ability to work collaboratively to deliver continuous improvement
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written

**Experience Required**
- Ability to work in a professional office environment
- Able to thrive in and embrace change with a positive outlook to support our journey of transformation
- Take ownership of any issues/queries arising through to resolution
- Attention to detail and strong with numbers
- Excellent communication both verbal and written, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous sales ledger experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is advantageous
