**Flexible location: Brighton, Manchester, London, Staines, Leeds**

**This is very much a hybrid working role, with approx. 1 day a week in the office (but can be less)**
**Initially this is a 6-month Fixed Term contract**
**Full Time 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday**

**Role Overview**:
Our Professional Services Recruitment Team is responsible for all back office hiring across Bupa. We support 4 business units and make over 1000 successful hires each year. As an Internal Recruiter you would be responsible for managing one of the many verticals that we hire in to, and managing roles end to end. This would include sourcing through one of many channels, telephone interviewing, creating short lists, managing interviews, and managing offers. As the more junior of our two Recruiter levels, you would also under take regular training to develop in to a Specialist Recruiter in one of our more niche verticals.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Take Briefing’s from hiring managers across our business for their vacancies to understand the requirements and the best approach to source great talent
- Manage your sourcing tools, from our careers site through to job boards, or searching
- Create and submit shortlists
- Manage the interview process in conjunction with our Recruitment Coordinators
- Support hiring managers with recruitment queries across the business
- Undertake regular training to grow and develop in your role longer term

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Resourcing experience, either within an agency or RPO environment
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple vacancies at the same time, whilst working to tight deadlines and achieving stretching targets
- Superior relationship and rapport building skills, with a focus on driving best in class performance within resourcing
- Experience of utilising and maintaining an ATS, ideally Workday.
