Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Manager based in the Hilversum area.

Our client is a leading multi-channel sports wholesaler who are in the early stages of some ambitious growth plans. After years of successful trading they are looking to expand their Online Trading function with this key hire.

This is a role of the upmost importance to our client as they continue to invest heavily in their systems and processes and are now bringing in a number of key positions across their online trading team.

The role will be a good mix of strategy, management and day to day trading. Day to day you will be responsible for the following:

- Driving delivery of the online KPIs, developing clear action plans for the team to drive commercial performance.
- Planning and executing the marketing and promotional calendar through Influencing range selection and expansion, pricing strategy and promotional planning.
- Using website analytics to monitor KPI's and make recommendations for improvement as well as highlighting risk.
- Become an expert in the product range and optimise sell through using knowledge of shopping trends and behaviour.
- Aligning the inventory with demand by working effectively with product teams to manage the online lifecycle of products and availability.
- Oversee the site merchandising standards, search, speed to market and product presentation.
- Analysing site performance including PPC and SEO
- Ensuing a seamless customer journey

Ideally you will have core retail experience in a similar position and you will have expeirence of building and developing a team around you
