We are looking for an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful applicant must be competent at reading drawings, specifications, organizing materials, arranging subcontractors and employees, working efficiently and safely.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be required to:

- Overall day-to-day supervision of projects, assisting the contracts manager
- Ensure that all site paperwork is completed a daily basis and handed into the office every week.
- Responsible for the efficient use of site labour, plant and materials to ensure timely completion of the contract.
- Ensure that all projects follow best practice and Company procedures/Policies with regards to Health & Safety, Environmental issues.
- Daily supervision of directly employed staff, third parties, sub-contractors
- To ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
- IT literate
- Must be willing to for Weekend work and extended hours to ensure all deadlines are met

**Qualifications**: The following qualifications/competencies are required:

- Leadership
- CSCS Card
- SSMTS or SSSTS
- Flexibility
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- Time Management

**Salary**: £22.00-£23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 5 years (required)
