We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales admin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing sales and customer support, and quote chasing. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth administration of sales and providing excellent service to our customers. This is a full-time position, working from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide sales and customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Follow up on quotes and chase outstanding quotes to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, quotes, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal departments to facilitate the contract execution process.
- Assist in generating reports and analysing contract data as needed.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and deliver exceptional service to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in contract management.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or contract coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and maintaining schedules.
- Affiliate with timekeeping and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
