**Job details**:
Duty Supervisors are part of a team providing a programme of health, fitness, and sporting activities at Sir Tom Finney Sports Centre. Working under the leadership of Duty Officers, they assist in the day-to-day operation of the sports facilities. They patrol the sports centre and liaise with all users, including sports coaches, class teachers and spectators. They set up sports and fitness equipment for a range of activities including team games, racket sports, martial arts and exercise classes.

There will be general reception and office administration duties such as operation of the computerised booking and membership systems. Duty Supervisors assist sports clubs and coaches and organise sport/fitness events. There will be work in the Fitness Suite, conducting Inductions, Fitness Assessments and the design of Training Programmes.

Promotion of sports facilities and conducting surveys including reporting reports are also required. The role involves shift work, evenings and weekends on a three-week flexible shift pattern.
