**About the Role**

If you’ve got the creativity to tell great stories and the experience and knowledge to deliver effective internal communication campaigns, come and be a part of Team Nasstar.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed to join the Nasstar Marketing team as Head of Communications.

Working closely with the Senior Management Team and reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, you will play an integral role in formulating, implementing, and leading the internal communications strategy.

You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and running a successful long-term internal communications strategy. Developing and distributing creative and innovative communication campaigns to build internal brand awareness and strengthen and support ongoing culture programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver an internal communication strategy in line with Nasstar’s brand and vision
- Work with key stakeholders to lead an effective communication strategy to Nasstar’s customers covering latest news, price changes, migrations, service improvements, P1’s etc.
- Create compelling content that supports strategic business objectives covering colleague engagement activities, charity & community, reward and recognition, learning and development, sustainability, equity, diversity and inclusiveness
- Create and manage a multi-channel calendar for engagement and communication activities, promoting Nasstar’s brand to drive internal awareness of company culture, the employee experience and our people’s stories
- Champion employee engagement and work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with our people strategy and ongoing people engagement
- Work closely with the leadership team and departments to keep abreast of company developments and trends
- Provide editorial support for all internal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
- Ensure excellent user experience and engagement on internal communication platforms Yammer and SharePoint
- Responsible for the creation of three internal ‘Win Wires’ per month to share our success stories with the business

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience in a senior communications role
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is excited to create, develop and manage a company-wide internal communications and engagement strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
