Debt Recovery Coordinator

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced
** Debt Recovery Coordinator **for a fantastic, well establised, exciting business based in the Banbury area
**.**

Responsible for engaging with existing Service Partners to build relationships, maintain optimal working processes and ultimately, contribute to the Collection team’s goal of reducing the risk of bad debt.

**Key tasks** - Monitor supplier activities to identify opportunities to improve performance through enforcing contractual obligations and/or regulatory requirements- Follow processes for instructing and closing the instruction of debt recovery partners-
- Process cash files from debt recovery agencies and review invoices for sign off- Investigate and resolve complex customer/account queries, providing detailed and accurate resolution- Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and suppliers- Create effective professional relationships with key stakeholders across the business internally and externally- Maintains knowledge of updated company processes and policies - Work with multiple systems and spreadsheets, to enter and calculate formula work to generate data summaries through graphs and tables- Participate in process change and implementation, identify opportunities for process improvement and producing documentation to ensure departmental processes are efficient and consistent with business and industry requirements**Key Objectives**
