**Graduate Proposals (Applications) Engineer**

**Doncaster**

**£22-£28K Dependant on experience**

Our client is looking for a Graduate Proposals Engineer to join their team, you will either be newly qualified or have 1-2 years’ experience.

**Job Role**
- To work as part of the Applications Team, helping the team as a whole to implement the Business Plan to meet both the hard fiscal sales and profitability targets, and the soft business development targets set.
- To promote through teamwork, our core values at all times maintaining:

- a highly professional approach to Customer Relationship Management in all its aspects
- a highly professional approach to all aspects of general engineering in line with business goals
- a high level of proficiency in the related aspects of CBM technology and our business processes
- Maintain a flexible and coordinated approach to ensure the timely execution of the Applications Team workload.

**Your duties**:

- To review personal workload and coordinate resources to ensure that the Company provides high quality information to agreed deadlines.
- To provide support to other members of the Applications Team and promote staff training where required from both internal and external sources.
- To review Customer enquiries, specifications and make site visits, in order to develop the most technically robust and competitive solution using the Company’s products and technologies to meet the Customer’s needs.
- To identify the scope of supply for the Company’s proposals and provide budget and detailed costing information to allow accurate commercial offers to be made to the Customer.
- To identify key technical issues and liaise closely with the Engineering Team to mitigate any risks as required.
- To provide documentation and present technical solutions to Customers and at the Sales Handover Meeting.
- To understand, capture and provide reports regarding technologies relevant to the Company.
- As well as the above key objectives, you will be expected to carry out other duties which can reasonably be assessed as part of your role.
- To carry out all responsibilities with regard to company policy and procedures
- To comply with all health and safety at work requirements
