Here at Bristol Street Motors SEAT Derby we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to come and join our well established business.

We are offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £32,500, depending on skills and experience, plus an excellent range of Company benefits

**About the Role**
The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

**About You**
For this role, we are looking for you to have previous Automotive Service Advisor experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Ideally you will be VAG qualified but this is not essential.

Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
