**Role Purpose**:
NGN have an exciting opportunity for a TOTEX Cluster Support at either our North Tyne or Cumbria Depot.

We are looking for strong senior administrator with a keen eye for detail and accuracy offering key support to the operations team. You will facilitate all planning requirements for job creation, noticing and project closure in relation to our gas sites. This role will see you delivering a first-class service working with internal and external stakeholders, so communication skills are essential Full training will be given.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Review programme of works with the assigned Planner and Site Manager, prioritising the completion of the project packs.
- Raising projects in our SAP system based on project designs for noticing and commer-cial requirements.
- Validating project information from Site Manager's submission and resolve any queries as required.
- Update SAP with all project information i.e Laid pipe and abandon lengths, pipe infor-mation, services.
- Co-ordinate weekly reviews with the Site Manager(s) to carry out audit declaration that all work has been accurately reflected.
- Schedule all planned work with sub-contractors and direct labour in order to increase efficiency including required site noticing and ensuring all customers’ both internal and external are kept up to date.
- Monitor progress of all planned works to maximise productivity and minimise customer lead times.
- Raising, updating and reporting of streetwork notifications to Highway Authority (or private road owners) within required timescales within SAP / Insight.
- Liaising with Planners to ensure all customer notification letters are issued for all works.
- Where required, producing project files for Site Managers and teams (electronic & pa-per copies).
- Monitoring the validity of the project safe dig prints and refresh as required.
- Data capture of project e-packs for mains and services.
- Issuing NRSWA registration details into SAP following project closure.
- General office administration as and when required.

**Qualifications required (essential)**
**Essential**:

- Strong background in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Attention to detail and focus on quality is essential
- Be a team player with a 'can do' attitude

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in utilities environment
- SAP/Insight knowledge
- Knowledge of gas or NRSWA legislation
