**Recruitment Journey Team Administrative Assistant**

**Hours: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm. May be requirement to alter these times dependent on business demand**

**Based: Cuprum Building, 480 Argyle Street, Glasgow G2 8AH. This is an onsite role with no option of work from home**

**Salary: £10.42 p/h**

**Duties include**:

- **Arranging and completing video verification calls**
- **Assisting the Recruitment Journey Team when required**
- **Other Ad hoc Recruitment duties may be required**

**Skills required**:

- **Must be able friendly and approachable as the first point of contact for the Recruitment Hub**
- **Excellent communication skills**
- **Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Teams**
- **Should be detail orientated**
- **Should be able to prioritise own workload and multitask**
