Connect Plumbing & Heating are an independent Plumbing Heating and Bathroom retailer, serving both Trade & Retail Clients, seeking a Bathroom Sales Advisor who will be based in our Rayleigh Bathroom Studio.

**The Role**:
As a Bathroom Design Consultant, you will know that the perfect bathroom needs planning, it requires trust, a creative flair and the ability to bring an idea to life - this is where you come in. You will be trained to take the client through the complete bathroom design process from the initial enquiry, design consultation producing computer aided drawings and the final order process. You will understand the importance of building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promise to our customers and exceed their expectations,
Having studied design and ideally having some experience of working in a Bathroom showroom you’ll be creative, personable and have good problem solving skills. You’ll be self-motivated with a strong determination to succeed and be able to multi-task and work on several projects at any one time. Working in a showroom you’ll need to be well-presented and a confident communicator.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet Personal sales and margin targets,
- maintain a sales focus whilst delivering the best products to our customers from our preferred suppliers,
- greet customers in the showroom and build positive relationships with both retail and also trade customers,
- Ensure orders are pro-actively managed from initial enquiry to completion across the team,
- Working and collaborating with your in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross sell to our current trade customers,
- Always strive to ensure your Showroom is well presented, all displays are complete, neat and tidy,
- Liaise with Senior Management to ensure smooth operation between showroom, plumbing sales and warehouse team,
- Maintain knowledge levels through training to ensure you are fully conversant and also up-to-date with the current products within the showroom,
- Resolve any customer complaints, returns or issues as soon as possible, following our operating procedures and also supplier conditions,

**You**:

- Proactive approach to sales with a real Interest in bathroom design and dealing with customers face to face Excellent communication skills,
- Have a flexible approach as no two days are the same with the ability to work on several projects at any one time**,**:

- Self-motivated and self-confident with the ability to work on own initiative,
- Well presented, credible and professional,
- You will have a desire for continuous personal and professional development,
- Full UK driving license,
- 5 ½ day week Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 8.00am to 12.30pm,
- From £26,000 p/a depending on experience,
- Uncapped Quarterly Commission based on Showroom P&L,
