**About us**

SAVANNAH PROPERTY INVESTMENTS are a bespoke developer of high quality new homes, with our projects typically ranging in size from 10 - 70 new units per year. We have a strong reputation for producing high quality new homes. We are looking to recruit both Assistant Land Buyers and experienced Land Consultants to join our growing team. There will be a huge oppertunity to earn big bonuses

As a Land Buyer / Consultant, you’ll work closely with the planning, technical and design teams on a day to day basis. These exciting roles provide a variety of day-to day tasks and you will be responsible for investigating opportunities through desktop based searching (using software and mapping websites) as well as identifying land opportunities directly on the road. You work the site from identification and appraisal through each stage of the purchase and you will be liaising with our in house planners, Estate Agents and Land Owners to agree purchases.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BENFLEET: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
