We are a country house hotel in the heart of Worcester, situated on the banks of the River Severn a short walk from the city centre. The perfect location for exploring, business and shopping.

With 33 beautifully and individually decorated bedrooms, fine dining in our conservatory restaurant, function suites and our beautiful garden, we have an excellent reputation as Worcester’s premium hotel, restaurant, and functions venue.

This part time role will be flexible, and although a zero-hour contract, can be up to 32 hours a week during the summer months.

Ideally 4 days a week, split between 2 days on reception and 2 days event administration, both being 8-hour shifts. The working pattern is 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm on reception, and flexible office hours for events administration. Weekend work is included, as are bank holidays.

With all the usual reception duties, you should be a natural communicator and possess an eye for detail. You must be able to maintain a professional manner and demonstrate ‘going the extra mile’. Your personality and attitude are very important qualities, and you must have a real passion for delivering customer service on a consistent basis.

Duties include reservations, meeting and greeting guests and cash handling on a shift pattern to include weekends. Rezlynx trained would be an advantage, although full training will be given.

Must be able to work hours between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm when working reception shifts.
