**Reports to**:Associate Director

**About the role**:

- Renewables - acting on behalf of landowners in relation to solar, wind and battery energy storage developments.
- Liaising with landowners and agents on site and undertaking all aspects of rural consultancy, red book valuation and professional work.
- Supporting the Associate Director with the existing and diverse portfolio of projects at various stages including managing the Estate Management portfolio.
- Proactively generating new leads from a wide variety of sources to grow the value of the team's assets under management, and gain new business to grow the department's portfolio of clients.

**Key requirements**:
Essential
- Driving Licence
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstratable success in generating new business
- Fully IT literate & proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong written & verbal communication/numeracy/data analysing skills
- Strong negotiation, organisation & influencing skills
- Proven track record in delivering targets within a demanding environment
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal skills

Desirable
- MRICS qualified, FAAV or associated qualification
