Coventry Register Office has been located in its current premises since the mid-1960s. We provide services that relate to the registration of births, deaths, marriages, civil partnerships and conversion, and the performance of ceremonies.

In addition to registering current life events, the Register Office holds all the original birth, marriage and death registers from 1837 to the present day.

We take pride in our customer care and endeavour to give all our customers the best service we can.

What is the job role?
We are looking to recruit a Registrar/Ceremony Co-ordinator to ensure high standards of customer care in the preparation and deliverance of ceremonies and the associated paperwork. Also, to assist in raising the profile and promote the wonderful accommodation on offer at Cheylesmore Manor House.

Who are we looking for?
If you are enthusiastic, innovative, forward thinking and great with people this could be the role for you. Excellent interpersonal skills, good public speaking and producing work to a high degree of accuracy are essential for this role.

The Ceremony Co-ordinators regular working pattern will be on a two-week pattern. Monday to Saturday followed by Tuesday to Friday.
