We are seeking to appoint to a Senior Admissions Assistant post in the Postgraduate Admissions Service at the University of Warwick.

Your work will be compliant with external regulations and will help to ensure that Warwick’s students are able to succeed on their courses.

You will also support with admissions enquiries, communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders including applicants, their supporters, teachers, agents, and internal departments.

Previous work or study in a university environment would be an advantage, though full training will be provided to suitable applicants who do not have a background in Admissions.

The Admissions team is responsible for providing an efficient and responsive admissions service to applicants for programmes of study at all levels, and to internal Departments. The Admissions service comprises of two sub-teams, for Undergraduate and Postgraduate admissions.

Members of the admissions team are managed by a Deputy Admissions Co-ordinator and are ultimately responsible to the Admissions Coordinator and Admissions Service Manager. The team work closely with academic colleagues on all issues related to admissions. Team-members also contribute to University-wide events such as open days, enrolment and graduation ceremonies.

You’ll be working in a friendly and encouraging team, with a hybrid working approach allowing individuals greater flexibility over their working pattern (typically 2 days per week on campus outside of peak times).
