Our Digital and Innovative Learning team are looking for a Learning Design Lead to share their wealth of knowledge, experience and external network. You’ll become the “Go-To” person for Learning Design within People Development and a trusted consultant across the wider business.
**The Opportunity**
As our Learning Design Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge learning experiences that set industry standards. At the heart of People Development, you'll harness proven methodologies to create dynamic learning offerings with user experience at the forefront.
Your extensive network and thought leadership in behavioural science will ensure that our approach remains innovative and ahead of the curve. As the go-to expert within our organisation and trusted consultant across EDF's diverse families, you'll be at the forefront of driving learning best practices. Collaborate with fellow People Development teams, united in our mission to achieve departmental objectives and drive organisational excellence. Conduct comprehensive assessments to uncover learning capabilities and training needs across the organisation, paving the way for tailored interventions that address both technical and behavioural aspects, all while fostering strategic partnerships with external collaborators where relevant.
