**Reservations Agent Part Time**

The person we are looking for is ideally bubbly, enthusiastic and enjoys working within hospitality and has knowledge of the following:
*Excellent Knowledge of Hotel booking systems
- ideally Rezlynx

*Knowledge of computers and outlook *Working well with Excel and Word

*Loves a busy environment of processing bookings and payments

*Allocating rooms and completing the daily banking *Flexible working as some weekends will be involved

*Evening shifts are involved but divided between the team.

*Covering for sickness and holidays
- Adhering to all company terms

*Ideally have hotel experience

*Be able to make decisions, follow protocol and take charge of the daily shifts

*Open and Close procedures including banking

Shift times
- Monday to Saturday 9-5.30pm

or 4.30-10.30pm & Sunday 9.30-2.30pm or 2-9.30pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.15 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- York, YO1 6LF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hotel: 2 years (preferred)
