The post holder will have excellent communication and person skills and have extensive experience of working with individuals in mental health, learning disability or criminal justice services and experience of managing a team.

The Humberside Reconnect Service is a care after custody service that seeks to improve the care of people leaving prison by offering our service and support pre-release, and continued support in the community post release
