**About the Role**:
As an A-levels Business Lecturer, you will be a key member of our dynamic and dedicated team, responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lectures to our enthusiastic cohort of students. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they are aligned with industry trends and best practices.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentoring to students, supporting their academic progress and career development.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their growth.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A master's degree (or higher) in a relevant business discipline.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring the effective delivery of lessons and assessment processes.
