Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer at Oxford Business College located in Brentford. As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and seminars, developing course materials, and assessing students' work. You will also actively participate in academic research and contribute to the development of the college's curriculum.

Qualifications

  • A relevant terminal degree (e.g., PhD) in a business-related/Tourism field
  • Proven experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
  • Strong research background and evidence of research publications
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of business management and Tourism
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with current industry trends
  • Experience in curriculum development and course design is a plus
