We are looking for an administrator who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can think outside the box. No two days will be the same and you should be able to manage your time well. Time management and organisational skills are key to being successful in this position.

Our customers come to us for advice on which government grants they may be eligible for regarding insulation for their properties. You should be confident explaining the different measures that could be available to them, whilst also being able to answer any other questions they may have.

You should be professional and courteous at all times. You will also be talking with and supporting people from other sectors, such as delivery drivers and installers, so you should be comfortable talking with people from different professional backgrounds.

Accuracy is key and you should have a keen eye for detail. We use a FTR (First Time Right) approach in our work and so you will be confident when it comes to learning new processes and new ways of doing things. You will have support every step of the way, but it is important that you can show self-learning, initiative and a passion for your work.

You will play a key role in the submission process for installations and will make sure you comply with Ofgem regulations when it comes to paperwork for submission.

**Submission Duties**
- Making sure all paperwork is up to date and received
- Making sure all processes are followed
- Keep accurate records regarding installations/measures
- Work with the compliance team to make sure all processes are followed

**Day-to-day Duties**
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers, answering their questions
- General administration duties, such as typing, filing, data entry, managing diaries, assisting with the organisation of travel arrangements, etc
- Assist the line manager in making improvements and then implementing those changes
- Assist the line manager to liaise with external agencies in relation to compliance
- Ensure compliance to relevant codes, legislation, and procedures, including Health and Safety, PAS, and Trustmark/OFGEM
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Report any problems/failures that may impact the organisation and/or its clients/customers immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Interact with all members of the organisation, suppliers, and clients/customers
- Achieve agreed personal targets and assist the line manager to achieve team targets
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls

You will need to have a good level of punctuality, excellent communication skills and be able to converse and influence people at all levels of the business (e.g., Engineers/Surveyors, Customers, Sub Contractors, delivery drivers, etc). You should have a strong drive to be successful and accurate and take pride in your work. You should be a team player as our work depends on everyone working together. Your time management skills and organisation will be excellent.
