We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant at the Telegraph Hotel, Coventry.

Who are we:
Located in the historic former premises of the Coventry Evening Telegraph, An iconic building at the very heart of the city centre, the hotel evokes the famed mid-century 1950s architecture of Coventry and will be a reflection of its former life as a thriving newspaper and printer works. It will feature 88 air-conditioned bedrooms, several of which will be duplex penthouse suites, as well as a stylish restaurant in a glazed courtyard, meeting, event and conference space, alongside a rooftop bar overlooking Belgrade Square.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
1. Delivering excellent food and beverage service to the guests needs throughout the business

2. Anticipating and meeting the needs of our customers / visitors

2. Bar service including barista & cocktail making

3. Preparing and maintaining a safe area of work within the food and beverage operation

For breakfast the shift start time would either be 6.30am or 7am, shift lengths can vary day to day due to the demand on the business, Weekend work included.

We are also looking to offer a variation of fixed hours contracts for this role 24 - 32 hours per week
