A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for a well established business who specialise within flexible offices, workshops, industrial and self storage spaces. Your role as the Buildings manager will include: offering support across the regionproviding administrative and Operational Support to the Regional Managers, Assets Managers and assets Management Directors.
Day to Day Building Management:

- Make sure all your centres' details and documentation are appropriately completed and stored in the correct order.
- Effectively handle the resources accessible to the Centres to achieve or exceed scheduled sales, occupancy and productivity targets
- Ensuring quality control of all services and providing ongoing customer service support within the centres.
- Support in the sales and viewing where applicable
- Manage the customer retention levels and alerting any issues which may arise or opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to incorporate a wide range of information sources to inform decision making.

Someone that isn't afraid to ask for help when required/ can do attitude

**Salary**: £24-25K DOE
25 Days+ Bank Holidays
5% Pension Contribution
