Role: Senior Supervisor
Location: Sunderland
Hours: 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Supervisor who excels at leading their teams to deliver client requirements and achieve contractual objectives and cost efficiencies to work with our dedicated Northern PowerGrid team.

**The activities that you will get involved with include**:

- Carry out comprehensive Clancy induction of all new operational staff
- Ensure both contract and client KPI’s are met or surpassed
- Monitor safe working practices and review (RAMS)
- Attend panel reviews and ensure all safety issues are dealt with in a timely manner and logged on our systems
- Ensure all group TBT’s are delivered to relevant staff
- Make certain any contract accidents or incidents are recorded and plans put in place to reduce future risks
- Ensure Clancy’s safe dig policies are worked to by all teams and teams are productive and works are completed with cost in mind

**We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following**

Wide-ranging experience of working in a similar role in the utility/construction environment with significant involvement of managing people and commercial awareness.

A Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor accreditation, SSSTS/SMSTS are essential and a civil engineering qualification and a first aid qualification are desirable but not essential and it’s important that you have a full and valid driver’s licence.
