CNC Setter/operator

Here at Broxton we we are looking for an individual to join our production team. The ideal person would have a well developed understanding of 3 Axis and 5 Axis work, Experience using FANUC, MAZATROL and HEIDENHAIN and ideally be able to program of line using packages such as Hyper mill. A good understanding of cutting techniques and tooling with a good eye for finding cost savings and improvements. Working with the current team you would be developing new programs on the shop floor proving programs and standising processes.
We work a day shift only with overtime as required and a short day on a Friday, if you have the skills and wait to join a great team please get in touch.

- Proving out programs.
- Fixture manufacture

- Train production operatives in best practice.
- Fault finding.
- Programming using CAM
Secondary role
- Promote H&S
- Monitor machine maintenance
- To Drive shop floor organisation (5s / tool storage etc)
**Salary**: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
