**About the Role**:
We have a truly exciting opportunity for data insights and analytical lead to join our newly created Data and Insights team as our **Data Enablement Consultant**

By becoming a part of this newly established team, our **Data Enablement Consultant **will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping, expanding, and fostering the standards of excellence.We're excited about the compelling opportunities to integrate data insights into our diverse functions and are seeking an individual with a business partnering mindset. We are looking for someone who can provide solutions, guidance, and advice to our internal teams, all driven by the valuable insights and the power of data.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Strategy Development**:

- Translate business needs and business strategy into data strategy and innovation ideas in specific functional focus areas e.g. Commercial including ecommerce, Supply Chain, Marketing
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the data strategy, considering short-term and long-term goals, scalability, and innovation.

**Insights development**:

- Create compelling visualizations and reports that effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, aiding decision-making processes.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate data-driven strategies and findings to executives and other relevant parties.

**Innovation and Emerging Tech**:

- Work with Technology teams to identify use of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in data analytics, machine learning, and AI that could benefit the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with Architecture & Governance to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of integrating new technologies into the company's existing systems and processes.

**Building data culture**:

- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team by organizing workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to keep the team updated on the latest advancements in data analytics technology.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Experience in analysis of business functional requirements within major change programmes and projects involving data and analytics.
- Experience in working in large teams inhouse and 3rd parties to deliver solutions (from requirements management through to delivery.)
- Experience of delivering user friendly designs and solutions using BI tools e.g. Power BI, SAC
- Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to try and learn emerging technologies in Data Analytics space
- Anaytical mind with business acumen

Ultimately, you will be a leader in data and insights, possessing strong business acumen to collaborate with stakeholders across our organisation, translating insights into actionable strategies. Experience with visualisation tools (tablue, google analytics, power BI) is ideal.
