**Based at Highview Gardens, Exmouth EX8 2JR**

**Full time -37.5 hours/week, over 5 days Monday to Friday**

**Hospiscare Band 3: £20,061 - 21,597 per annum**

As part of a small admin team, you will support clinical colleagues across our Coastal Community team, providing them with the timely and comprehensive administrative service that enables them to deliver the excellent standard of specialist care they arerenowned for.You will also work collaboratively with Hospiscare’s external partners to provide them with the same high level of administrative support.

You will have secretarial/administrative experience and have worked in a customer facing service environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations in a professional manner.Your developed organisational, communicationand IT skills will also be crucial to success in this role.

Able to work independently, organising your own workload on a daily basis, you will also be comfortable working flexibly as part of the team to respond to fluctuating priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
