Pure is a fun loving, busy store in Norwich city centre where there is currently an opportunity for the right person with the right mindset to join their team of highly trained stylists in their rapidly growing menswear department in Norwich city centre.

Your eye for detail must be second to none and you must be a stickler for accuracy and doing quality work.

You will provide an excellent customer experience to all clients from their first visit to the store, throughout their menswear shopping experience as well as assisting with any after sales queries.

You will also be expected to perform all the usual front of house and reception duties.

From the moment a customer contacts the store, you will be expected to share in their experience, provide a professional service and help them to create their perfect look.

Full training will be provided but you must be a confident and effective communicator, well-presented and articulate, whilst being able to initiate contact with customers and enjoy making conversation.

We are looking for someone with a mature outlook, who is capable of remaining calm under pressure and is well organised and is competent and confident on the telephone and a computer.

Our extensive training covers these areas but a creative eye is paramount, along with the ability to communicate well with a variety of people, so excellent interpersonal skills are also important. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serving and styling customers.
- Appearing on and creating content for social media for the mens department.
- Understanding the importance of your role and performance and the impact this has on sales targets.
- Accurate order taking, office administration and filing, taking and processing financial transactions and processing customer and stock deliveries.
- Maintain Pure's standards by being professionally presented and well groomed at all times.
- Providing customers with a fantastic one-to-one sales experience following company guidelines including making them feel welcome and valued, providing refreshments.
- Assess your customers’ needs and requirements. Inform them about Pure's processes, sales conditions etc, and manage follow-up communication with your customer up to the collection date.
- Assist with maintaining the shop window in an attractive and welcoming manner and participating in keeping the shop immaculate at all times including, storage areas, lighting and the cleanliness and order of the fitting rooms especially after usage.
- Communicating effectively with other members of staff.
- Ensure all merchandise is correctly placed and immaculately presented within the store.
- Inspect, check and steam incoming garments. Take any remedial action as necessary and inform the manager of any problems.
- Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by providing superior service with every customer visit
- Prepare for all upcoming appointments by planning ahead utilising Pure's customer management software using an iPad.
- Learn about Pure's designers and their processes and build on product knowledge on an ongoing basis
- Follow up and communicate with customers after their appointment following Pure's procedures.
- Explain services provided by the alterations department to the customer and the importance of this.
- Support store management in performing responsibilities effectively and using initiative.
- Provide an efficient and friendly checkout experience for customers, as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the store
- Follow the correct ordering procedures for all customer orders.
- Flexibility to work at wedding shows and events after hours and on Sundays.
