We are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Norwich, UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection.
  • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
