We are currently looking for a **Front Office Receptionist**, at The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton. You will part of the Front of House team,and will assist in delivering high standards of services to all hotel guests. This position would suit someone who has a passion to work in a fast-paced busy environment, who is also self-motivated and enjoys working in a team.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Front Office Receptionist you will contribute to the first impressions for our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Carry out Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient and excellent experience for our Guests
- Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

**What are we looking for?**

Receptionists serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrate excellent team building with other hotel departments
- Competent level of IT proficiency

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous experience in cash handling
- Previous experience in Onq desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £19,760.00 per year
