**Key dates & Information**:

Training Dates (must be available to be considered for this role:

- 24th -28th March
- Green Carpet Event (with special guests) 29th March

**Where you will be working**:
Let’s set the scene and give you a taster of the environment you will be working in:

- You will be based at “BBC Earth Experience at the Daikin Centre” (West London/Earls Court)
- You will be supporting your manager to help nurture and develop the Team within the Daikin Experiential Zone
- You will be engaging with customers who walk into your floor space and promote brand awareness and educate them on Daikin and their incredible products

- This is not just a Team Leader Role; this is an opportunity to save the planet. You will provide hands on direction to your team and showcase high energy
- Being a world class leader who can inspire and provide support day to day inspiration and motivation to the wider team
- Building brand advocacy and awareness to both your team and everyone who steps into the experiential zone
- Always maintain a high level of up-to-date Daikin and Competitor product & service knowledge.
- Educate consumers on Daikin products and services whilst creating theatre and excitement around the product range
- Work with your line manager and Daikin to understand your own gaps in knowledge, skill and behaviour and focus on developing yourself in line with your role and future ambitions

**Your experience**:
We are looking for someone who has experience in any, or a combination of the following:

- Previous team leader, or people management, experience is essential
- Experience within retail specifically tech related, or equivalent experience who are looking for the next role within the career
- World class customer service experience
- Experience in sales and/or customer experience

- Be able to prove that you can execute and drive our vision through your team to drive success
