**Main responsibilities**
- Develop a digital marketing plan to support delivery of the business and brand outcomes that is aligned to the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Lead on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to report on performance and deliver insight to improve the customer experience and generate more sales.
- Manage a team of external consultants or agencies to maximise performance of paid digital marketing channels such as Google search and social media and to manage the budget for these areas.
- Develop and execute a Search Engine Optimisation plan to improve the visibility of our brands and organic traffic to our website.
- Deliver digital marketing campaigns on time, on brand and on budget
- Take ownership of sourcing, capturing, and using potential customer data for marketing purposes to generate leads and sales
- Report weekly and monthly on performance against KPI’s for Website, PPC, SEO, and Social Media in a clear, visual, dashboard with recommended actions

**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- At least 3 years’ experience working in similar roles
- Evidence of having built a digital marketing plan and executed it with tangible, positive, results for a business.
- Experience in Search Engine Optimisation, with Google analytics (including GA4 transition) and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in managing Google and Social media advertising, either internally or via external suppliers
- Experienced in the use of Marketing CRM software.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to write well-articulated documents
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy

**Salary and benefits**

Between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on qualifications and experience
