- Permanent role
- 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday but weekends may be required for functions/cover. Shift pattern between 0830-1600

**What you'll be doing*
- *
**Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.**
*
- Working front of house but must be able to work in other areas of the business if required.
- General housekeeping
- Supervision of services within the Mess operational business area
- Accountability for the effective supervision and performance of frontline colleagues within the mess, ensuring delivery of steward services to the required standard.
- Assist with function preparation of service area and/or service points as directed by the Mess manager (silver cleaning, dining room layout, napkins etc)
- Efficient completion of company paperwork
- To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
- Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.
- Reception duties
- Cash handling and till operation.

**Experience**
*
- Previous experience of working in a Mess in an operational role is required.
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is desirable
